Dr. Sirilaksana Khoman

Dr. Siri is an international expert in anti-corruption and economics, with a lengthy career in both academia and experience assisting law enforcement. In her native Thailand, Dr. Siri has served with accomplishment as a Sub-Committee member, National Anti-Corruption Commission, working closely with U.S. and other international authorities on major corruption cases. Her work has resulted in the imprisonment of senior Thai officials, and the exposure of corruption or risk of corruption in major public procurement and infrastructure projects. She is Vice Chair of the Foundation for Public Policy and Good Governance, has served as International Consultant for the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime and the World Economic Forum’s Expert Network Partnering Against Corruption Initiative. Her background as an academic includes service as a professor on the Faculty of Economics of Thailand’s prestigious Thammasat University, positions at numerous other institutions of higher learning across the world, authorship of numerous influential studies and publications, and speaking at many international conferences. Her anticorruption and good government work extends to Latin America, where she is a Consulting Board Member at the Research Center on Ethics, Transparency, Integrity and Compliance, Sao Paulo School of Business Administration, Brazil. Dr. Siri’s penetrating economic analysis can assist governments and civil society to perceive in real time the perils faced from corruption, fraud, and waste in public procurement.
