Searby PLLC joins The FACT Coalition’s Environmental Crimes Working Group

We are proud to announce that our affiliate, Searby PLLC, has joined the Financial Accountability and Corporate Transparency (FACT) Coalition and is actively participating in its Environmental Crimes Working Group. This membership was extended to Searby PLLC, and through this affiliation, personnel from Good Ground International (GGI) are also contributing to the group’s efforts.

This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to addressing the critical intersection of environmental crime and illicit finance. By engaging with FACT’s specialized working group, Searby PLLC and GGI aim to advance policy solutions that combat financial secrecy, disrupt the laundering of proceeds from environmental crimes, and promote sustainable practices.
