Panamanian Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Launches Rule of Law Project With Good Ground

Good Ground has begun a Rule of Law project, in collaboration with Searby PLLC and the Washington College of Law at the American University in Washington, DC. Good Ground has designed and is overseeing the work plan of a Panamanian anti-corruption prosecutor spending this year at WCL on a Fullbright fellowship from the U.S. State Department. The prosecutor, Marta Sanchez, is conducting a survey and developing guidance for prosecutors and proposed reforms to law and policy to strengthen the independence of prosecutors in Latin America.
